2 get to 20 is done by having 16 with attributes and runes and then cons 2 20. then the only way to get to 21 is having a +1 scythe mastery mod on your scythe althought this is not very reliable. cons and attributes dont stack past 20

Is writing "to" really so difficult? It's one more keystroke. There are enough people on the forum that don't speak English as their primary language that you should type as clearly as possible.
